I want to return my order

We offer returns on all unopened products within 30 days of receipt of your order.

To process the return of your order, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact our support team via the following channels:
  • Click the 'Chat with us' button in the bottom right
  • Email us at support@swissklip.com. (24 hour turn around time)
  • Call us at 1-888-311-1961 weekdays between 6am-3pm EST
  • You will be asked to ship the package after the Customer Service Team verifies the return validity and eligibility.
    • Make sure that the product is in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING packed in an appropriate shipping container.
    • The product must be returned only to the return facility address provided by our customer service at your own cost.
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Send us the tracking number of your return shipment
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • The return will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of the returned item at the returns facility. Once the return has been processed, we will also notify you of the final approval or rejection of your return.
    • Approved returns may be refunded or exchanged.
