What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear photo or video of the damage to the product.

  2. Email the photo or video to us at support@swissklip.com. Be sure to include your order number in the email for quicker processing.

  3. Once we receive your email, we’ll review the damage and immediately arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.

  4. No need to return the damaged item. You can keep it, and we’ll ensure your replacement is shipped as soon as possible.

  5. We’ll send you tracking information for the replacement once it’s on its way.
